We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we provide guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your items on time and as described. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our RTW items, you can return them and ask for a refund.
Before returning, please take time to read our 7 Days Return Warranty for RTW carefully. We recommend that you contact first our after-sale Customer Service (email address: firstname.lastname@example.org) before returning an item so that they can provide you some useful advice.
InAllModesty.com reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.
7 Days Return Warranty for RTW
I. Wrong or damaged item because of our fault.
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect condition. We are just providing this warranty for you to have peace of mind. For wrong or damaged goods because of our fault, they can be returned within 7 days you have received them.
Once we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we’ll refund you the payment. Please note of the following conditions.
- Please make sure the products are unused.
- Because we are charged by shipping companies for the shipping fee, we can only refund you the price of the goods. If you have availed of our free shipping promo, we have to deduct the equivalent shipping cost from your refund. But to be fair, we will provide you with special discount coupon/s for your next order.
- Return shipping fee is paid by the customer.
- After returning the products, please inform us the following information:
- Order No.
- Item code
- Pictures of the products you sent back to us
- Pictures of the shipping label on the package we sent to you
- Pictures of the shipping label in the package you sent to us
II. Wrong item because of customer’s fault.
If you picked the wrong size/wrong color/wrong style, the 7 Days Return policy can still be availed. However the customer should pay for the shipping fees (forth and back) and pay extra handling fee of 3 USD/item.
How To Avail The 7 Days Return Warranty?
- Please check with our customer service (email address: email@example.com) about information we need from you BEFORE sending us back the package.
- Send the package back to us.
- After returning the products, please send the required information you collected above to our customer service.
- After confirming the information, we will refund the money to your account directly. However the amount will be temporarily frozen until we receive the package.
- We will activate the refund in your account once we receive the package, then you can use that for new orders.
We offer full refund on any RTW items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of any third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.
FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Our custom made items are given extra care in creating and handling them to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. However, in the event that there should be a requests for refund, it will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
In general, refunds will not be given for custom made items. If you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us within 5 working days after you receive the item/s so we can work together to resolve the issue.
